According to L Salon & Color Group Creative Director Elizabeth Stenstrom, this month’s collection is all about bangs. “Whether tousled, straight, short or long, fringe is the best way to a makeover,” Stenstrom says. “Bobs are still hot, but adding more length and layers gives a new touch-couple with a soft or funky fringe and you are ready for any occasion.” Colors are used that are soft, yet maintain contrast. Says Stenstrom, “For edgier looks, we use accent pieces for brightness, which is all you need to turn heads!”  Notice how L Salon plays with tones here, such as toffee, caramel, tiramisu and honey, in order to soften up brunettes, as well as to sparkle up the blondes.
