A highly graduated short cut shows off easy-going texture all around the perimeter and a smooth surface on top.  Part of the intercoiffure  Talent Collection, the style was created by Elizabeth Stenstrom of "L" Salon & Color Group in San Mateo.  Her take on flirty styles is that they should be soft, somewhat rounded and windblown. At home, work in mousse and use a vent brush to enhance the texture all around, then dry the top with round brush.
