How to Give yourself a makeover!

Go for the gold and ask your colorist for some chunky golden –brown highlights throughout your cropped cut. Wash hair with a shine-enhancing shampoo and conditioner, then towel dry locks.  Apply a few dabs of pomade through your mane and use a large round brush to help you blow-dry.  Start first with the bangs, wrapping the entire section around the brush and tousling them to the side.  Then, part the rest of your hair to one side.  Continue to work with the round brush, lifting hair up at the roots and curling the ends under at the crown of you head.  When you reach the hair at the nape of your neck, switch to a large flat brush to smooth hair down and keep it from getting too poofy.  Use a small flat iron and run it over pieces just once to make then a bit edgier.
