They've Got the Look
This flirty, fun-loving style comes from Elizabeth Stenstrom, who chipped into ends with a razor to create edgy movement.  Hair is layered through the crown for lift.  To style:  spray with get and blow-out with a round brush, coaxing the front to the side and lifting the perimeter up and out.
