Vanessa began her hairdressing career in 1985 in Southern France. In 1995 she moved to Stamford, Connecticut where she continued to enhance her craft as a color specialist at Noelle’s Day Spa. Vanessa is known to be one of the best colorist in her field.  With over 16 years experience in the hair and beauty industry, both as an educator and colorist, Vanessa moved to San Francisco Bay Area to join the L Salon & Color Group Design Team.   As a level 3 color specialist, Vanessa strives to perfect the latest trends in color, corrective color, and color formulation.  She is also known for her signature Balyage.  Balyage is a hair coloring technique which is designed to create gorgeous highlights without using foils.  The highlights are individually painted onto the hair giving you a sun kissed look.
