Salon Manager with L Salon & Color Group Since 1991

I began my career and training with YOSH for Hair in 1987. When Elizabeth Stenstrom bought the salon in 1990 and renamed it L Salon & Color Group, I was then promoted to Master Colorist, in charge of educational training, as well as Salon Manager.

I have traveled nationally and globally attending hands-on classes and seminars. While a part of Wella International, I traveled to their studios in Los Angeles, New York, Boston, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Working with our current color lines, Logics and All Nutrient (an organic line), I have been a featured Master Colorist at photo shoots in Los Angeles, New York, and at L Salon’s annual shoot that takes place in our own salon.

With over 25 years of experience, my expertise in hair color is extensive. I have received certificates in color excellence from Logics, All- Nutrient, Wella, Matrix, Redken, Paul Mitchell, as well as advanced training in the balyage method from Jamison Shaw.  I have received media coverage in Cosmopolitan, as well as various other magazines for my unique perspective on image making, and I am fortunate that my work has made 5 covers in the last few years.
