Growing up with 4 sisters I quickly developed a love for hair. They taught me how to blow-dry and soon I was doing their hair all the time. Finally my younger sister said ‘Why don’t you do this for a living?’  I enrolled in The San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology that was the beginning of my career.

Being at L Salon, I was privileged to be part of the Intercoiffure Hair Show in New York, where I styled models for the show and worked side by side with Elizabeth Stenstrom. I continue to educate myself through ongoing classes like Jamison Shaw, where I learned the art of ballayage, a French free-hand highlighting technique.
